Privacy policy

Last updated 20 October 2026

Dornelly Edward Advisory (“we”, “us”) is based in Castries, Saint Lucia. This page explains what personal information we collect through dornellyedward.com and how we use it. We aim to handle personal information in line with Saint Lucia’s Data Protection Act, 2011.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and our business: Google (calendar bookings, email and analytics), Netlify (website hosting) and Meta (WhatsApp, if you message us there). They process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms, and some of them store data outside Saint Lucia.

Cookies

The website only sets analytics cookies if you click “Accept” on the cookie notice. If you choose “No thanks”, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the home page.

Client data

When we work with an organisation, any member, customer or staff data we handle is covered by a separate written agreement with that organisation, not by this page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to two years afterwards unless we go on to work together. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
